Modular Solutions, Ltd was awarded a cooperative agreement with CES for portable classroom buildings and ancillary site work required for turnkey customer solutions. The great benefit to choosing the CES contract is that clients such as New Mexico Junior College save time and money on the efficiencies of the procurement process. New Mexico Junior College needed some administration offices, and classrooms. Modular Solutions’ preconstruction team met with the college and provided free of charge a pre-construction proposal. This proposal included a conceptual floor plan, a feasibility of construction cost estimate, and a field assessment of the site. The college saved thousands of dollars by not having to outsource this service to an architectural team. By providing full turnkey service to New Mexico Junior College, they were able to ensure the space required and the design criteria would meet the budget.
A purchase order was issued to CES/Modular Solutions, Ltd for the modular building and scope proposed.
