 |  | This property was a small unique shape. Our solution was to provide two small Single classroom structures that matched the existing facility and design.
The buildings were set at grade to eliminate the need for ramps and steps. A gradual slope allows for proper drainage with sidewalks poured up to the door to provide ADA compliance.
The exterior walls were finished with a lace stucco system.
The roof has a 20-year asphalt shingle. |
