Modular Solutions was able to guide Pinal Gila through the rigorous licensing procedures of the State Health Department.
The key element of obtaining zoning approvals was to match the new building with the existing educational facility. This was accomplished with architectural pop outs, parapet wall, and Spanish tile accents.
