Due to changes in county zoning between Phase I, and Phase II, Stepping Stones Academy was looking for a vendor that was able to provide all of the permits, design a new site plan that the county would approve, construct the buildings, prepare the site, include State Fire Marshall PE drawings and approval, and manage the project. |
Funding sources were not as plentiful as Stepping Stones had hoped, so we incorporated cost-effective design engineering that brought the project in below budget without compromising the quality of their permanent modular buildings or the site.
Modular Solutions, Ltd. was able to accommodate all of the above challenges, in just a 90 day period of time, so that the school could open its’ doors to the new students Labor day. | |  |
