Stepping into the BIM realm of design and construction has allowed Modular Solutions Ltd. to detect and adjust construction clashes prior to having to correct the issue in the plant. All design and construction trades can be incorporated into one complete model and can be viewed by the respected trade to plan their install process. By viewing the complete module model, it has allowed Modular Solutions Ltd. to value engineer the buildings to reflect both total cost, which can be passed onto the client, and construction efficiency, which produces a quicker turn around.
