Setting options include "Above Grade"; In most cases the new modular building is towed to the location and set on foundations or leveled by jacks or other blocking. In some cases the units are trailered to the site and when necessary (due to the surrounding area) are crane set on a foundation or piers. The lower area can be given a finished look by skirting. In addition units can be towed into a "shallow pit" area so that once set the entrance to the modular solution is at "Grade Level."
