Permanent Trailer Replacement 

When Arizona Department of Public Safety needed to replace several old “trailers” with a more permanent option, Modular Solutions was the perfect solution. By utilizing the ADOA state contract this agency was able to get new and modernized energy efficient buildings with durable finishes. These new buildings are constructed with an EIFS exterior, cost saving LED lighting, durable floor covering, heavy duty security doors, and custom interior features. All of the communication and security required for a DPS office are also included in the package. The building prototypes were designed to be utilized anywhere in the state saving thousands of dollars on design at each location. The permits, demolitions, and site work required were also included in the Modular Solutions design build solution.
